These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapLedger mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Phillip Rosenheinrich (the “Service Provider”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Application. The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial expense tracking and export. SnapLedger lets you photograph receipts, extract text on-device, review and save entries, and export monthly ZIP files (CSV and images) for your records. The Application does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying amounts, dates, and categories and for how you use exported data. OCR and field suggestions may contain errors. Always review before saving. The free tier includes a monthly save limit and may show ads. SnapLedger Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited saves, monthly export, and removes ads, subject to store availability. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow the respective store policies. Use Restore purchases in Settings when reinstalling on the same store account. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Application is provided “as is” without warranties. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.Terms of Use
