Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LuciDrinks mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Phillip Rosenheinrich (the “Service Provider”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Application.
License
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial drink tracking and wellness self-awareness.
Description of the Service
LuciDrinks lets you log drinks, view analytics and body-intelligence insights, and optionally connect health data on your device. The Application does not provide medical advice, addiction treatment, or legal guidance about alcohol use. You are responsible for your drinking decisions and for verifying any estimates shown in the app.
Premium and advertising
The free tier may show ads. LuciDrinks Premium (where available) is a one-time purchase that may remove ads and unlock additional features, subject to store availability.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow the respective store policies. Use Restore purchases in Settings when reinstalling on the same store account.
Privacy Policy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law (including statutory consumer rights). Subject to that, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Changes to these Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. The current version is published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
