This privacy policy applies to the ZenPop mobile application and related services operated by Phillip Rosenheinrich (collectively, the “Application”). Phillip Rosenheinrich is hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”. The Application collects information when you download and use it. General settings are stored on your device. Optional content unlocked by watching rewarded ads (themes, sound packs, Zen Boost) is available for the current app session only and is not persisted when you close the app. Information that may be collected automatically includes: The Service Provider does not operate user accounts or a cloud backend for your gameplay data. The Service Provider may use contact information you provide (for example by email) to respond to support requests or legal notices. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information. The Application is free to use and may show rewarded video ads through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) when you choose to watch an ad to unlock optional content. To measure ad performance and revenue, the Service Provider’s AdMob account is linked to Google Firebase and Google Analytics. Data may flow between these Google products for reporting, fraud prevention, and ad delivery. The Application uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK; linked Firebase and Analytics services are used for ad reporting through the Service Provider’s AdMob account. No separate login is required in the Application. Depending on your region and settings, AdMob and its advertising partners may process: If you decline tracking or personalized advertising, the Application requests non-personalized ads where supported. Google’s advertising and analytics policies: Where required by law, the Application obtains consent before showing the first ad (not on cold app launch). Consent is requested in context—for example before a rewarded ad unlock—not before unrelated app use. On supported devices the order is: You can change or review choices later: The Application and its third-party SDKs (including Google Mobile Ads) may use cookies, SDK identifiers, pixels, and similar technologies to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider obtains consent before using non-essential tracking technologies. The Application does not use artificial intelligence to process your data or provide features. The Application offers an optional one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment card details; billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. Purchase status (whether ads have been removed) may be stored locally on your device and restored through your Apple ID or Google Play account on reinstall. The Service Provider does not operate a separate payment backend. Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact [email protected]. For data processed by Google (AdMob, Firebase, Analytics), you may also use Google’s tools and device settings described above. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Contact [email protected]. The Service Provider may share information with third parties only as described in this policy—for example with Google as an advertising and analytics provider, or when required by law. The Service Provider and its third-party providers (including Google) may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards, appropriate mechanisms are used, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. You can stop further collection of information from your device by uninstalling the Application. To request deletion of personal data or exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child has provided personal information. The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for information it processes and maintains. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Previous versions are available on request at [email protected]. This privacy policy is effective as of June 7, 2026. Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in through the consent dialogs or settings described above. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].Privacy Policy
