This privacy policy applies to the SpinPick AI: Decision Wheel app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Phillip Rosenheinrich (collectively, the “Application”). Phillip Rosenheinrich is hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”. The Application collects information when you download and use it. Wheel content you create is stored on your device unless you choose to share it through system share features. Information that may be collected automatically includes: The Service Provider does not operate user accounts or a cloud backend for your wheel data. The Service Provider may use contact information you provide (for example by email) to respond to support requests or legal notices. The Application is free to use and may show interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To measure ad performance and revenue, the Service Provider’s AdMob account is linked to Google Firebase and Google Analytics. Data may flow between these Google products for reporting, fraud prevention, and ad delivery. The Application uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK; linked Firebase and Analytics services are used for ad reporting through the Service Provider’s AdMob account. No separate login is required in the Application. Depending on your region and settings, AdMob and its advertising partners may process: If you decline tracking or personalized advertising, the Application requests non-personalized ads where supported. Google’s advertising and analytics policies: Where required by law, the Application obtains consent before showing the first ad (not on cold app launch). Consent is requested in context—for example before an interstitial ad or a rewarded ad unlock—not before unrelated app use. On supported devices the order is: These are separate legal frameworks: UMP covers Google/EU advertising consent; ATT covers Apple’s device-level tracking permission. You can change or review choices later: If you choose “Ask App Not to Track” on iOS, the Application does not show a second tracking consent dialog for that purpose; ads are served on a non-personalized basis where applicable. The Application and its third-party SDKs (including Google Mobile Ads) may use cookies, SDK identifiers, pixels, and similar technologies to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider obtains consent before using non-essential tracking technologies. The Application offers optional on-device AI features to generate decision wheel options from text or voice prompts. On supported devices, processing is performed locally (for example Apple Foundation Models on iOS or Gemini Nano on Android). Prompts and generated options are not sent to the Service Provider’s servers for AI inference. System speech or microphone access may be used only when you initiate voice input; audio is processed by your device’s operating system speech services. The Service Provider does not receive or store voice recordings on its servers. The Application offers an optional one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment card details; billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. Purchase status (whether ads have been removed) may be stored locally on your device and restored through your Apple ID or Google Play account on reinstall. The Service Provider does not operate a separate payment backend. Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact [email protected]. For data processed by Google (AdMob, Firebase, Analytics), you may also use Google’s tools and device settings described above. The Service Provider will assist with requests within the scope of data it controls. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact [email protected]. The Service Provider may share information with third parties only as described in this policy—for example with Google as an advertising and analytics provider, or when required by law. Third-party services used by the Application include: The Service Provider may disclose information: The Service Provider and its third-party providers (including Google) may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards, appropriate mechanisms are used, such as: You can stop further collection of information from your device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops new data collection on the device but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or third parties. To request deletion of personal data, withdraw consent, or exercise any of your rights, contact [email protected]. The Service Provider retains personal data based on necessity for the stated purposes: The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so it can be deleted. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for information it processes and maintains. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including information about the nature of the breach and steps taken to address it. The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent before material changes take effect. Previous versions are available on request at [email protected]. This privacy policy is effective as of June 7, 2026. Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in through the consent dialogs or settings described above. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described in this policy. If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].Privacy Policy
